You can book bike repair and maintenance services such as inspections, oil changes, brake repairs, electrical repairs, general servicing, suspension repair, and water wash & polish.
What is Bike Inspection & Support?
Bike Inspection & Support is for riders who are unsure about the issue with their bike. A mechanic inspects the bike, identifies the problem, and explains the required fix before any repair is done.
How does booking a service work?
Book your service online, and our team ensures the right mechanic is assigned for your bike. After inspection, the required work is explained and carried out.
Are repair charges included in the booking fee?
No. The booking fee is separate. Repair or service charges depend on the bike model and work required and are paid directly to the mechanic.
What can I buy from the Bikemate Store?
The Bikemate Store offers:

Why is there a platform fee on gear orders?
A small platform fee is charged to cover order coordination, partner handling, and customer support. Note that Gear prices are set by partner stores.
How are spare parts ordered?
Spare parts are handled through assisted orders. You can check availability via WhatsApp to ensure correct fitment for your bike before placing an order.
Do you work with all bike brands?
Yes. Bikemate supports all motorbike brands and segments, from:

Is doorstep service available?
Yes,
Majority of services are available for Doorstep service. But availability depends on the service type and location.
Do I have to go ahead with repairs after inspection?
No. Inspection does not force you to proceed with repairs. You decide after understanding the issue and estimated cost.
